Medscape offers a wide range of free CE courses for healthcare professionals across various specialties. You can access their courses after creating a free account on their website.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provides free online courses on various public health topics. These courses offer CE credits for healthcare professionals.

FreeCE.com section specifically for nursing, pharmacist and pharmacy tech. While they have a mix of free and paid courses, they often have a free course or webinar available on different nursing-related topics monthly.
The American Red Cross offers free online training courses for CNAs and caregivers. These courses cover essential caregiving skills, including CPR and first aid, as well as topics like dementia care and assisting with activities of daily living. Continuing Education Professionals who need continuing education units to maintain licensure or certification can obtain CEUs through American Red Cross Training Services. The American Red Cross has been approved to provide continuing education credit through CAPCE for the following educational activities as of October 18, 2019.
