Course Requirements: *Must have a current AHA BLS. If you require initial BLS or renewal is needed there will be an additional cost to this class at, check out. Part 1 - Online Learning: Complete PALS Pre-course Self-Assessment through the AHA Website before attending the class. Completion certificates are required for admission. Part 2 - Attend the one-day coarse session for additional training and hands-on practice. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) uses a series of videos and simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation, and team dynamics. You will receive your AHA PALS provider card after successful completion of the in person skills session within 72 hrs.
